Abstract: Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are often abundant in cancer tissues and correlate with worse clinical outcomes in many solid tumors. We conducted a comprehensive review of drug candidates targeting Tregs and assessed their emerging clinical data reported over the past 5 years.
