Abstract: Galcanezumab is approved in the EU for migraine prophylaxis in adults; although its efficacy has been demonstrated in multiple phase 3 clinical trials, long-term real-world data remain limited. This Adis Summary of Research summarizes the long-term effectiveness of galcanezumab for migraine prophylaxis based on a retrospective observational cohort study from Italy.
