Abstract: HCB101 is a next-generation SIRPα-Fc fusion protein engineered for cytopenia-sparing innate checkpoint inhibition and broad combinability. Preclinical studies demonstrated synergy between HCB101 and chemotherapy, anti-angiogenic therapy, HER2-targeted agents, and PD-1 blockade. HCB101-201 evaluates the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), receptor occupancy (RO), and translational pharmacodynamics of HCB101 combined with standard-of-care (SOC) regimens across multiple tumor types.
