Abstract: The UEFA Euro 2024 football tournament is held every four years. It brings together Europe’s tops talents in the sport. With a rich dataset in terms of value and performance analysis. This paper looks to understand key factors such as market value, league representation and player representation that provides critical insights for scouts, brands and the global football football industry. While past studies focus on the statistics or match outcomes few have analyzed multiple player attributes that effect the global football outcome as whole across various dimensions. such as country, club, market value and age. This analysis addresses the gap by the comprehensive analysis of all the 624 players selected to represent their countries in the Euro championship using Excel and Power Bi that focus on four key variables such as Market Value, Age, League, and country. Our exploratory analysis answers four key questions. (1) Whichleagues contribute the most players? (2) Which Leagues have the highest player value? (3) What age range hosts the most valuable players?(4) Which leagues have the highest player values? Results show that England, France and Portugal lead in squad value while English Premier League dominates in the number and the market value of players. The peak age where players were in the highest market value was at mid age ranges rather than veterans or youth. This analysis gives valuable insights for sponsors, scouts, investors and advertisers by identifying where elite talent is concentrated in terms of European football.
