Abstract: The research will adapt two evidence-based interventions and implement them at primary care practices affiliated with 6 hospitals. The interventions, a clinician training course and an electronic reminder, were previously tested by the investigators in a cluster randomized controlled trial (Promoting Informed Decisions about Colorectal Cancer Screening for Older Adults (PRIMED) study and were found to increase patient-reported shared decision making.
