Abstract: In the present digital environment, different tools are being used for project management,communication, and collaboration. In this environment, fragmented workflow management usingdifferent tools leads to inefficiencies, a lack of transparency, and a lack of proper coordination amongthe team members. In this context, the present paper proposes a unified cloud-based system namedProUp for project management and collaboration. The proposed system will not only optimizeworkflow management but will also increase the productivity and communication among the teammembers. The proposed system will be a unified system for task management, real-time collaboration,workflow management, and analytics. The proposed system will be developed using moderntechnologies like React, Node.js, Prisma, and Socket.io. The proposed system will be a solution for thelimitations faced by the team members using different tools like Jira, Trello, and Asana. Theexperimental observations and evaluation of the system will clearly indicate the advantages of theproposed system. The proposed system will be a small contribution to the optimization of workflowmanagement.
