The study highlights key policy interventions—such as revamped curriculum frameworks, continuous professional development models, technology integration, and institutional restructuring—that facilitate a shift towards holistic, inclusive, and competency-based teacher preparation. The paper synthesizes literature, policy documents, and case studies to propose strategies for effective implementation and concludes with recommendations for stakeholders.
