Abstract: Position paper arguing that the personal digital twin, grounded in the WHO Quality of Life framework (WHOQOL-BREF), constitutes a temporal boundary object spanning health, psychological, social, and environmental domains. Introduces the concept of sovereign edge-native health data processing, proposes the LLM-LQM-SQM intelligence progression for personal health, and applies the Vitruvius triad to platform design.
