Abstract: A 30-year-old woman presented with a 13-month history of an asymmetric papular eruption. She reported intermittent acneiform lesions, occasional burning, pruritus and increased sensitivity to topical emollients. We highlight that clinicians should reconsider the diagnosis if their patient fails to respond appropriately to treatments.
