Abstract: Tumour-induced osteomalacia (TIO) is a rare paraneoplastic syndrome associated with mesenchymal tumours that secrete phosphaturic proteins, with most of the patients having elevated levels of fibroblast growth factor 23. Here, we present a case of a 32-year-old male who presented with recurrent symptoms of TIO and underwent positron emission tomography-computed tomography scans for localisation. This case highlights the diagnostic value of targeted functional imaging in challenging TIO localisation.
