Abstract: BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: can modulate PD pathology in vivo. METHODS: allele. We then performed a comprehensive histopathologic and molecular characterization of the main disease phenotypes by combining quantitative histopathology, RNA-sequencing, flow cytometry immunophenotyping, and cytokine profiling.
