Abstract: Objective 1: Describe the unweighted and weighted prevalence of recurring pain at age 12/13 and recurring pain, self harm thoughts and behaviours, and suicidal thoughts and behaviours at age 14/15. Objective 2: Estimate the total effect of recurring pain at age 12/13 on self-harm thoughts and behaviours and suicidal thoughts and behaviours at age 14/15. Objective 3: Estimate the effect of recurring pain patterns across age 12/13 and 14/15 on self harm thoughts and behaviours and suicidal thoughts and behaviours at age 14/15.
