Abstract: This study examines the role of language and discourse in the formation and management of social information in digital international journalism. Drawing on English-language media sources such as BBC, CNN, Reuters, and The Guardian (2020–2024), the research applies critical discourse analysis to investigate lexical choices, headline structures, and metaphorical framing. The findings demonstrate that in digital media environments, the impact of information is determined not only by factual content but also by the linguistic and discursive mechanisms through which it is presented. Evaluative vocabulary, directive headlines, and conflict-based metaphors significantly influence audience perception and interpretation. The study contributes to the theoretical understanding of digital journalism by highlighting the role of discourse as a tool for shaping social reality and managing information in a global media context.
