Abstract: For centuries, the academic world has failed to understand the distribution of prime numbers because it relied on the Decimal System (Base 10). This audit identifies Base 10 as a "mathematical virus" that creates artificial noise, making primes appear random. In reality, prime numbers are the rigid nodes of the universe's geometry. The Armando Rule: The Structural Confinement By shifting the frame of reference to the Duodecimal System (Base 12), the "noise" disappears. Base 12 is the only system that harmonizes with the 30-degree fundamental frequency of space.
