Abstract: This is the foundational paper of the 9-Keel Unified Theory Series: Cancer Trilogy. It redefines cancer as a systemic repair failure syndrome via two core formulas: TOFD > C (tissue overload exceeding repair capacity) and R > D (resistance dominating driving force). It completely subverts the traditional fragmented interpretation of oncology, adheres to the principle of Cell Innocence, and provides a unified, measurable, falsifiable framework for cancer prevention and intervention.
