Abstract: This work is part of the 9-Keel Unified Theory Series, presenting a unified theoretical interpretation of Hypothyroidism based on the TOFD framework. The paper proposes a falsifiable model framing hypothyroidism as a systemic repair failure syndrome, where tissue intrinsic functional deficit exceeds homeostatic repair capacity. It adheres to the Cell Innocence Principle, rejecting the "autoimmune destruction" narrative and suggesting thyroid dysfunction reflects functional insufficiency rather than active cellular pathology.
