OR3-5 | Time stratified blood pressure reduction in chronic kidney disease patients after renal denervation: systematic review and meta-analysis
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: Hypertension is highly prevalent in chronic kidney disease (CKD) and often resistant to pharmacologic therapy. Sympathetic overactivity contributes to elevated blood pressure (BP) and CKD progression. Renal denervation (RDN) targets renal sympathetic nerves to lower BP, but its efficacy across time points in CKD remains unclear.
