Abstract: Systematic Performance Analysis of a Propagation-Type Metalens The cover image illustrates the difference between an ideal and a practically fabricated metalens: the left side shows an ideal propagation-phase metalens with perfect beam focusing; the right side shows a practically fabricated meta-lens, where manufacturing defects may lead to scattering distortion and reduced focusing performance. This image visually presents the statistical analysis results from the paper regarding how actual nanofabrication errors affect the performance of meta-lenses.
