Abstract: This study presents a comprehensive analysis of Swiggy food delivery data using Power BI to generate meaningful business insights. The project focuses on understanding customer ordering behavior, identifying popular food categories, and analyzing temporal trends such as peak ordering hours and seasonal patterns. An interactive dashboard is developed to visualize key performance indicators including total orders, revenue distribution, top-selling items, and location-based demand. The analysis helps uncover patterns that can support decision-making for improving customer experience and operational efficiency in the online food delivery industry. This work demonstrates the effective use of data visualization and business intelligence tools for real-world data analysis.
