Abstract: Supporting materials for Figure 1B (Nucleic Acids Research, 2018; doi: 10.1093/nar/gky193) are provided to clarify concerns regarding apparent band similarity. The dataset includes uncropped membrane scans with indicated regions used for figure assembly, a revised figure reflecting the correct experimental structure, contemporaneous laboratory records, and the original presentation file. These materials enable direct traceability between the published figure and the underlying experimental data.
