Abstract: Terms of Service (Version 1.0.0) governing access to and use of all services, platforms, applications, technologies, and resources provided by Brandon Michael Jeanpierre Corporation d/b/a The Black Flag, a Delaware 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation (Entity #7336243, EIN: 92-2858861). This instrument establishes binding legal terms for user interaction with BMJC Services, incorporating by reference the Comprehensive Omnibus Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Omnibus Covenant of Shadowed Tongues") and the Immutable Concord of the Umbral Thread ("Assimilation Doctrine").
