Abstract: This paper is part of the growing imperative for inclusion and diversity in cultural institutions in Latin America, a continent marked by deep historical inequalities but also by vast multicultural richness. The study addresses the gap between institutional discourse in favor of an inclusive culture and effective curatorial and mediation practices in the region's museums. The overall objective is to design a curatorial proposal based on the analysis of art exhibitions developed with an inclusive culture focus in museums in Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, and Brazil between 2023 and 2024. The methodology employed is based on a descriptive, mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. It is articulated through the Research-Creation (R-C) paradigm, which conceives the investigative process and artistic production as a dialectical unity. The case study analysis is carried out using the "Inclusive Curatorial Practices Analysis Matrix," an original instrument inspired by the evaluation frameworks of the Ibero-American Museum Observatory, of the DELTA Project, but expanded to encompass the representation of identities and the decolonization of narratives. The comparative study examined 37 exhibitions developed between 2023 and 2024 in public museums in Chile, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay to measure the degree of social inclusion and identity representation. Thirty-two indicators were coded, grouped into four criteria: representation of cultural identity, intercultural impact, Latin American identity, and identity elements. The conclusions highlight four challenges: materializing diversity beyond narratives, deepening the intersectional perspective, expanding technological accessibility, and strengthening community sustainability.
