Impact of Land Energy on Business Performance: A Comparative Study of Identical Shops on the Same Plot
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: This study explores the influence of land energy on business performance through a comparative analysis of identical shops operating under the same commercial conditions. Despite similarities in product type, pricing, and quality, significant differences in sales and customer footfall were observed. The research applies principles of Vastu Shastra along with modern measurement tools such as electromagnetic field (EMF) meters, Gauss meters, and directional mapping techniques to evaluate spatial energy variations. The findings reveal a strong correlation between energy harmony and business success, demonstrating that shops with balanced directional energy and proper spatial alignment show higher stability and revenue growth. In contrast, energy imbalances—particularly in critical zones like the North-East and entrance orientation—lead to stagnation and declining performance. The study establishes land energy as a measurable and influential factor in commercial outcomes and suggests integrating Vastu-based energy assessment into modern architectural planning for improved business sustainability.
