Abstract: This cohort study evaluates the 3-year risk of nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy among veterans with type 2 diabetes who initiated glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs) or a sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitor.
