Abstract: Chronic right ventricular pacing can be harmful, leading to pacing-induced cardiomyopathy in 20% of patients. (1) Conduction system pacing (CSP), with an initial focus on the His bundle, may reduce cardiovascular risk while allowing a high burden of pacing (1). In this context, left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) has attracted renewed interest. Successful LBBAP is determined by examining specific electrocardiographic criteria including a paced QRS morphology, stimulation to LV activation time, V6 R-wave peak time (RWPT), and V6-V1 peak-to-peak interval.
