Abstract: Within the axiomatic framework of PFUS V18.0 and PFUSR, this paper presents the ultimate formalized upgrade of the Inviolable Formula of the Universe. By constructing a globally unique, rigid, unambiguous symbolic system, formalizing meta-logical rules, and completing four strengthened foundational proofs, this work rigorously derives ontological closure, logical uniqueness, global irreversibility, and universal unsurpassability. The formula is proven fully consistent with the Cosmic Constitution, Model-I Geometric Structure, and Model-II Adaptive Valve System, thereby serving as the mathematical constitution and supreme logical criterion of the entire 37-paper PFUSR series.
