Abstract: يتناول هذا البحث دراسة تفسير آيات الأحكام عند الإمام نظام الدين النيسابوري من خلال تفسيره غرائب القرآن ورغائب الفرقان، وذلك دراسةً نظريةً تطبيقيةً على سور القدر، والعصر، والكوثر. ويهدف البحث إلى إبراز منهج النيسابوري في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية من الآيات القرآنية، وبيان ملامح الجمع بين التفسير اللغوي والبلاغي والفقهي في تفسيره، مع الكشف عن الدلالات التشريعية الكامنة في السور القصار. وحاول البحث الربط بين التفسير والفقه من خلال دراسة تطبيقية لآيات مختارة. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي في تتبع آيات الأحكام في السور محل الدراسة، والمنهج التحليلي في دراسة ألفاظ الآيات وسياقاتها، والمنهج الاستنباطي في استخراج الأحكام الشرعية في ضوء تفسير النيسابوري وأقوال أهل العلم. وقد خلص البحث إلى أن السور القصار، رغم قصر آياتها، تحمل أصولًا تشريعية وقواعد كلية ذات أثر عملي في حياة المسلم، وأن النيسابوري قد تميز بدقة النظر، وحسن الربط بين المعنى القرآني والحكم الفقهي، مع الاستفادة من أقوال السلف والخلف. وخرج البحث بتوصيات منها: توسيع نطاق الدراسات التطبيقية في تفسير غرائب القرآن ورغائب الفرقان؛ للكشف عن أبعاده الفقهية والأصولية. والإفادة من منهج نظام الدين النيسابوري في الجمع بين التفسير والفقه عند إعداد البحوث القرآنية المعاصرة. Abstract: This research examines the interpretation of the Verses of Legal Rulings (Āyāt al-Aḥkām) according to Imam Niẓām al-Dīn al-Nīsābūrī through his Qur’anic exegesis Gharāʾib al-Qurʾān wa Raghāʾib al-Furqān. The study adopts both theoretical and applied approaches, focusing on Sūrat al-Qadr, Sūrat al-ʿAṣr, and Sūrat al-Kawthar. It aims to highlight al-Nīsābūrī’s methodology in deriving legal rulings from the Qur’anic text and to clarify the integration of linguistic, rhetorical, and jurisprudential analysis in his interpretation, as well as to reveal the legislative implications embedded in the short Meccan chapters. The research employs the inductive method to identify the relevant legal verses, the analytical method to examine the vocabulary and context of the verses, and the deductive method to extract juridical rulings in light of al-Nīsābūrī’s interpretation and scholarly opinions. The study concludes that the short chapters of the Qur’an, despite their brevity, contain fundamental legal principles and comprehensive normative guidelines with practical relevance. It also finds that al-Nīsābūrī demonstrates precision, depth of insight, and a balanced connection between Qur’anic meaning and legal reasoning, drawing upon the views of both early and later scholars.
