Quantum Loop Chrono Dynamics Theory

Abstract: This file is the constitutional source for \QLCD. It is written as a standalone, compilable source and is aligned with the current uploaded canonical and companion corpus. Its purpose is to state the fixed interpretive rules, core ontology, source hierarchy, admissible status language, and promotion discipline of the theory. The constitutional source is not a proof archive. It does not replace the live master volume, sector chapters, theorem companions, validation dossiers, numerical reproducibility guides, or observational support files. Instead, it governs how those sources are to be read together when they differ in wording, emphasis, or historical status. The active constitutional reading recognizes the achieved advances of the present corpus: the rigid-space clock-field ontology is fixed; the microphysical Hilbert-space sector is closed at certified canonical scope; the coupled infrared theorem package is canonically integrated; local-solar common-exterior closure is achieved at its declared scope; and raw-likelihood cosmological closure is achieved at retained scope through the validation layer. These achievements remain subject to their stated assumptions, domains, and falsification standards. This file also preserves scientific caution. It does not declare unconditional completion of the broader ultraviolet endgame, generic dynamical collapse, full nonlinear merger/ringdown dynamics, a unique first-principles gauge/flavour derivation beyond its certified hypotheses, unrelated nonperturbative sectors, or any empirical claim outside its frozen validation dossier. \section*{Publication identity and DOI status} This constitutional source is intended to receive a persistent publication identifier upon release. Until a DOI is assigned, the DOI field is intentionally left as ``to be assigned upon publication.'' Once assigned, the DOI identifies this specific constitutional version of QLCDTheory and should not be reused for later materially different constitutional revisions. Later versions that alter the ontology, authority hierarchy, canonical notation, epistemic-status vocabulary, promotion rules, or declared sector-closure boundaries should receive their own version record and, where appropriate, their own persistent identifier.
