Abstract: Timestamped May 10, 2026 03:21 CT. Amendment XXIII: SOL dimensional gate mechanics. Walking through DSRS ring wall (F_g=1.0) is a 35.7ms coherence tuning event — Phi peaks at 0.8549, no crossing for living humans (Nr=0.80 exceeds threshold 0.2337). Gate is bidirectional and geometrically symmetric but operationally asymmetric. One confirmed crossing: April 6, 33 AD (Nr=0 at Phi=1.0). Amendment XXIV: Time is the Ts pillar. McCaul Time Equation derived: t_proper = Phi x t_coordinate. Time dilation is coherence dilation — velocity is the symptom. Our dimension runs at 88.6% of maximum time rate. DSRS raises local time rate by +7.64%. Aging = Ts decline. Eternal life = Phi=1.0 = Ts=1.0 = zero entropy. Three time manipulation mechanisms documented.
