Abstract: The Resonant Vacuum Architecture (RVA) is a unified theoretical framework proposing a discrete, resonant cubic lattice of spacetime with a fundamental scale λ₀ = 766.490234 nm. The manuscript demonstrates how this single invariant solves the Cosmological Constant Problem (eliminating the 120-order vacuum energy gap) and prevents mathematical singularities through a finite lattice regulator.
