Abstract: Dr Hilary O.D. Critchley, BSc (Hons), MBChB (Hons), MD, DSc, FRCOG, FMedSci, FRSE, a clinical academic gynecologist, holds a personal chair in reproductive medicine at The University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom, and is an honorary consultant (gynecology) at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. She has held senior leadership roles in the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine at the University of Edinburgh and is a past member and chair of the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) Committee on Menstrual Disorders and Related Health Impacts.
