TDH-UHR.roi: A Unified Hybrid Regime Framework for Existence, Interaction, Transition, Adaptation, and Survivability (Version 2.0: Constitutional Manuscript)

Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: Title TDH-UHR.roi (Unified Hybrid Regimes) Version 3.2: Hybrid Integrity, Survivability, Adaptation, and Contextual Outcomes Version 3.2 Publication Date: 2026-09-30 Author Hau Dinh Thai (TDH) Affiliation Independently, scientifically theoretical researcher/architect License: CC BY 4.0 International Acknowledgment: AI-assisted drafting and analytical support: ChatGPT (OpenAI). Description / Abstract TDH–UHR.roi Version 3.2 develops a bounded mathematical-assessment layer for the integrity, interference, conditional hybridization, survivability, adaptation, recovery, degradation, collapse, and contextual outcomes of declared regimes and hybrid configurations. It extends, but does not alter or duplicate, the state, configuration, interaction, bounded-exchange, transition, persistence, and topology-change mathematics established in Version 3.1. The manuscript treats integrity and outcomes as context-, observer-, and scale-dependent assessments rather than universal scalar properties or predictions. It provides a bounded tangible–intangible–environmental three-regime demonstration and a simple food-processor illustration to clarify the framework's conceptual logic. The demonstration and illustration are not empirical evidence or universal models. All relations in Version 3.2 have V1 status: formal, context-dependent assessment constructions. Mathematical coherence alone is not empirical validation. Any real-domain application must declare its boundary, scale, context, observables, baseline, assumptions, uncertainty, evidence route, alternative explanations, and non-applicability conditions. A proposed Tangible–Intangible (CIT) coupling must identify a lawful tangible carrier/interface and an observable realization pathway. The work makes noclaim of a universal TDH law, automatic causation, cross-domain prediction, or replacement for specialist science.
