Abstract: The VarCat Demonstration Platform is an upcoming web-based demonstration of the Variation Categorizer (VarCat) workflow for structured pediatric somatic cancer variant classification. The platform will show how VarCat supports the application of community somatic variant classification guidelines and enables GA4GH-compliant dissemination of pediatric somatic cancer variant knowledge. This repository serves as a landing page for documentation, citation metadata, and links related to the demonstration platform. The demo site landing page will be available at https://demo.varcat.genomicmedlab.org.
