Abstract: Contemporary science faces a foundational crisis: the incompatibility between quantum mechanics and general relativity, the failure to unify the four fundamental interactions, unclear origins of space-time and matter, and widespread misinterpretation of uncertainty and valuation. This work establishes the PFUS 55_MH Universal Ultimate Unified Theory based on double-cone ontology, the β₁ global coupling field, primordial perturbation (Weizhao), Pendulum Ions, explicit–implicit sevenfold logic, universal wrapping–projection–distribution, and topological paradigm cognition. All concepts are strictly defined; circular reasoning and vagueness are eliminated. A complete set of global convergence formulas with full symbol definitions is introduced to ensure logical consistency and physical compatibility. The framework unifies ontology, dynamics, structure, information, time, and cognition into a self-contained, universally consistent system.
