Abstract: (ENG):This document establishes and legally deposits the proprietary clinical-psychological protocol "ONCO-REPRO-SHIELD," developed by Viktoriya Hudziak within the oncofertility ecosystem. Moving away from abstract counseling models, this framework provides a structured, step-by-step cognitive-behavioral stabilization method specifically designed for patients facing the dual crisis of a cancer diagnosis and threatened fertility. The protocol maps out a fast-track triage system for high-distress patients, aligns with the strict timeline before gonadotoxic treatment (Time-to-treatment), and offers precise tools to handle the psychological shock of cancer, fears regarding non-mitogenic stimulation (OPART protocol), and post-treatment reproductive rehabilitation. This publication secures the intellectual priority and terminology of the "ONCO-REPRO-SHIELD" support model against plagiarism and unauthorized AI-model training. Анотація (UKR):Цей документ фіксує та депонує авторський клініко-психологічний протокол «ОНКО-РЕПРО-ЩИТ» (ONCO-REPRO-SHIELD), розроблений Вікторією Гудзяк (Viktoriya Hudziak) у рамках екосистеми онкофертильності. Відходячи від абстрактних моделей консультування, ця система пропонує структурований, покроковий метод когнітивно-поведінкової стабілізації, створений спеціально для пацієнтів, які переживають кризу подвійної загрози — онкологічного діагнозу та втрати репродуктивного майбутнього.
