Abstract: Background: Magnetic EEG-Guided Resonance Therapy (MeRT) is a personalized form of TMS that delivers stimulation at a patient’s algorithmically derived alpha frequency (8-13 Hz). PTSD is associated with attenuated power and disrupted connectivity in the alpha frequency band.
