Secondary Topological Entanglement and the Emergence of Macroscopic Phase Transitions via Graph Fluctuations in QGEFT

Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: The current Paper 36 benchmark does not claim that full continuum condensed-matter theory or realistic many-body molecular packing has already been derived on a graph. It does show that a minimal neutral-molecule QGEFT surrogate generates a real but shallow secondary-entanglement well, and that the macroscopic state is controlled by the ratio between that well depth and the ambient thermal disruption scale. In the present deterministic benchmark the same microscopic interaction remains gas-like at `100 K` with `R ≈ 0.94`, condenses into a liquid-like transient network at `50 K` with `R ≈ 2.48`, and freezes into a solid-like locked branch at `10 K` with `R ≈ 11.06`.
