Abstract: The article presents strategies for diversifying the activities of small-scale agribusiness organizations using integration and cooperation models as the main approaches for changing specialization. The article suggests focusing on the potential of using integration and cooperation processes and systems for organizing agribusiness. The article presents approaches and strategies for diversifying small-scale agribusiness. The article highlights the integration and cooperation models (strategies) for diversifying agribusiness. The article considers the Damate agricultural holding as an example of product integration and product diversification for small-scale agribusiness.
