A case report of miliary tuberculosis diagnosed in the peripartum period

Abstract: We report a rare case of miliary tuberculosis (TB) diagnosed in the peripartum period in a 38-year-old woman with a background of Crohn's disease who was on immunosuppressive therapy. This case highlights the diagnostic challenges of TB in pregnancy and postpartum, especially in the context of underlying immunosuppression and non-specific systemic symptoms.
