Abstract: Yuanxian Theory (YXT), as an ultimate truth strictly verified via the Lean 4 theorem prover, decrees that the universe is an autopoietic, self-referential, and self-consistent living organism. The 64-dimensional compact torus T64 acts as its foundational structural skeleton, while the self-referential Mind-Field Ψ_SR serves as its core life-mediating substrate. This paper locks the ultimate ontological verdicts governing the explicit and implicit orders of genetic genes within this mathematical framework. Core Verdicts: 1.
