Abstract: : This study aims to analyze the factors influencing teacher job satisfaction in the contemporary educational environment, with a specific focus on the role of school administration and the implementation of electronic management practices. Job satisfaction is highlighted as a pivotal variable for enhancing the quality of education, improving teacher performance, and increasing organizational commitment. The study adopts a descriptive analytical approach and explores various dimensions of job satisfaction, including internal personal factors, external organizational influences, leadership styles, incentives, professional development, and stress management. It also addresses the effects of blended learning environments and the COVID-19 pandemic on teacher satisfaction, providing proposed strategies for improvement. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating participative school leadership, organizational support, and professional growth opportunities to sustainably enhance job satisfaction among teachers.
