La Profilée - Consciousness Series of The Structural Law
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: This collection comprises the La Profilée Subject Series. The series establishes the structural conditions under which a system instantiates structural self-presence — the minimal condition for the question of consciousness to arise. P166 diagnoses why existing theories of consciousness (IIT, GWT, PP, HOT, Functionalism) fail to converge: none addresses the persistence-bearing transformation center as such. P167 v2 develops LP’s account of the Hard Problem via the continuing subject rather than phenomenal absence, deriving the Q3–Q5+TBRI architecture as the necessary structural conditions for subjecthood. The subject in LP is defined as a persistence-bearing transformation center that satisfies recursive constitutive non-externality.
