Abstract: Based on forty years of solitary inquiry as its methodological foundation, and grounded in Supra-Dimensional Reasoning and the Six Core Cognitive Functions, this paper systematically constructs the universal ideological system of Dao Meta-Theory. Taking "The Dao as the Heart-Mind, the Cosmos as the Body, Information as the Mediator" as its core tenet, it posits the ontological proposition of Information as the primary being, establishes the triadic unity architecture of the Heart-Mind, the Cosmos, and Information, and forms a self-consistent theoretical system with the Six Constitutional Canons as the guiding framework and the Sixteen Fruits as the objective closed-loop structure. The paper integrates cosmic ontology, operational laws, hierarchical structures, epistemological methods, cultivation paths, and civilizational evolution, offering a universal framework that encompasses cosmic origin and civilizational ascension, and providing a new theoretical pathway for future inquiry in related fields.
