Abstract: This monograph is a programmatic essay. It combines a historical-epistemological frame for contemporary oncology, the operational instrument that the EDP-Φ Bridge supplies for measuring tissue coordination (Kremenchutskiy, A. (2026). The EDP-Φ Bridge: A Computable Coordination Parameter for Integrated Systems. Foundations and Two Proof-of-Concept Validations. Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20226117), and an illustration on a single clinical case in which the author and the index patient are the same person. No clinical recommendation is offered. Standard of care for the index case is governed by the EAU and NCCN guidelines and by the patient's treating physicians; the analysis below is material for consultation, not a substitute for it. The author's dual position (analyst and patient) is declared explicitly in §0.1 and is treated as a methodological limitation in §9.3.
