Abstract: This report, Effective responses to HIV and AIDS at work: A multi-country study in Africa, is the International Labour Office's answer to requests from its tripartite constituents: governments, employers' and workers' organizations. After decades of action to address HIV and AIDS through the workplace, the ILO has taken stock of results achieved to better understand what responses worked well, how, where and why they did so.
