Wraps CAVE, GCS, and synapse-query endpoints; provides banc_meta(), banc_partners(), banc_edgelist(), banc_influence(), banc_nblast_matches(), banc_read_neuron_meshes(), banc_view(). Used by every analysis script in BANC-project (the paper's figure-reproduction repo) and by the alignment + matching workflows in bancpipeline.
