Abstract: BIFO (Biological Information Flow Ontology) is a graph-agnostic specification of admissible directed biological information flow over heterogeneous biomedical knowledge graphs. It defines entity classes, flow classes, admissibility constraints, a two-level CURIE/predicate mapping, a four-step conditioning protocol, and a confidence/provenance scheme, together with a reference implementation on the Data Distillery Knowledge Graph (DDKG).
