Singularity Haktan Dynamics (shd)

Abstract: In this paper, we challenge the orthodox four-dimensional smooth spacetime manifold con tinuum by introducing the Singularity Haktan Dynamics (SHD) framework. We present a fundamental restructuring of chronological geometry wherein time is not treated as a unitary, integer-valued spatialized dimension, but rather as a non-integer, fractional Hausdorff dimension (df ≈ 0.66). By demonstrating that the cosmic expansion eliminates the physical permanence of the past, we derive an exact 2/3 temporal dimensionality comprising only the subjective present and the deterministic future. Consequently, physical information does not persist on a continuous timeline but undergoes instantaneous, continuous creation at the Planck scale. We deploy this framework to resolve the Black Hole Information Paradox, defining a novel quantum entanglement mechanism at the event horizon where the dominant momentum of a gravita tional singularity reduces incoming informational momentum to absolute zero (p = 0), leading to systematic information erasure without violating localized thermodynamic consistency
