What Survives Contact — The Complete Proceeding in the Court of Convergence
Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: A six-part proceeding that charges the rendering — the coherent, continuous world every knowing instrument produces — with presenting coherence as verified accuracy when no verification occurred. The case proceeds through prosecution, defence, reply, verdict, record of contact including cross-family readings, and a docket of residues, catches, and open motions. The proceeding convicts the instrument for unmarked promotion: the act of converting its own coherent product into verified certainty without marking that a conversion occurred. Reality is released; the instrument is convicted; nothing is lifted; innocence is removed. Produced by one human associative instrument and multiple AI instruments across four rounds, with collisions entered from four architecture families.
