Abstract: This Phase A snapshot freezes the prospective RA2 methodology and preregistration materials for KMnO4-sugar time-resolved spectroscopy mechanism-space analysis. It includes the methodology plan, parameter justification register, preregistration draft, manifest, and SHA256 hashes. The snapshot defines the synthetic-manifold workflow, filtered catalogue-ladder analyses, generator-audit gates, seed-stability plan, EfficientNetV2-S architecture comparator, citation requirements, and statistical controls before full-scale C0 generation or confirmatory analysis.
